At the ILA Conference in Vancouver, I met an individual who works for Vertical which is an organization you need to check out!  Vertical has partnered with a number of organizations and offers leadership expeditions. Vertical defines this as ”a structured learning experience through which participants improve their leadership and teamwork skills. The goal is to provide them with opportunities to work in teams, to lead groups of their peers, and to get first-hand experience in leadership.” Where do these take place you ask?
